Red Alert(+every other internet playable RTS), Diablo, Ultima Online.
Air Warrior and Quake both have "cheap" tactics, as well.(In AW I once
parked my plane behind the "respawn" point and shot every plane that
appeared tio pieces. Hehehe)

>* What games do you see being affected in future?

Most corridor shooters, RTS, and on-line RPGs.

For Red Alert: Westwood should've simply given out a modified
rules.ini with cheaper, better defensive structures, and increased the
build times.
Diablo: Hackers were the problem, not PKer.
