Of course X is an OE. Did I say otherwise?
And, MS-DOS is very very present in Win95, like it or not.
As far as the best PC based GUI, I'd say X on top of Linux,
but that's just because it's free. OS/2 is decent.

BTW, whether the GUI is an OS or OE *does* make a difference.
How many people who use Win 3.1 have had trouble because they
didn't know how to edit config.sys.suck.my.dick?
Too many to count.

I know what he said. I'd go so far as to say he's never even seen a computer.
He just heard about them on tv. Rhapsody hasn't been released yet
but if you actually READ the press releases and white papers you
would be able to make some sort of conjecture as to it's worth.

Ahhh, so that makes you a genius, right?
Please, enlighten us as to Hardware & Software...please.
As far as you knowing more than grad students, ummm, okay.
All the ones I know have no lives (literally) and work
20 hours a day in the lab. Wonderful existence, I am sure.
But I bet they know something about hardware and software
considering they use the shit 24-7.

The only thing I know about college is that I have a worthless degree.
And, btw, it's apparent you lUsers can't take a fucking joke.
Becoming more apparent each and every day.

Get the sticks out of your asses. Everytime you post, it gets shoved
up a little bit further.
(yes, I am directly attacking you. I don't have to, but this is more fun)
