i sometimes get a lock-up using "resume", but I haven't had a total game-save
lock-out yet. 

when the active profile gets corrupt, I can generally get a save-game loaded by
restoring it, then exiting out and then "resuming"... ( i don't over-write
existing save-games at all..)

did u ever get that Advanced Nav thingy to work? I've been debating whether to
buy it or not.. 

I hate that HSD, but the nav thingy might be kewl if I can find a base that
sells artifacts...
