I've started playing this game recently (so much I've forgotten!), and 
was wondering if anyone could help out on some things.

First of all, what can one do with the dog in Highpool?  It attacks me, 
and there doesn't seem to be much one can do with it.  Also, how do you 
install a new motor for the water pump?  I tried a servomotor, but it did 
no good.  What can one do with the mayor in Quartz?  I've picked him up, 
but I don't know where to deliver him.

I appreciate whatever help you can give...
