It's getting pretty warm to beta, actually.

When you play the final game, you will start to get an idea of just how
colossal a project it was and how unbelievably intricate the story and
scenario is. You'll be able to appreciate the sheer scale once you are
exposed to your 161st map area and you realize it is indeed different
from all the other dungeons and that each area has tons of unique
events, puzzles and twists and a certain flavor all it's own. It is
difficult to believe one person could have designed this game from
scratch if you are used to thinking in terms of groups and team efforts.

You should go to the web page and see how the entire 3D artwork has
been overhauled, I'm going to be putting up some before-and-after shots
soon.

Yeah, and the Glazed3D is going to kick all the other video card's asses,
too.

Hey aren't you the guy who ran around claiming all non-whites are
inferior? Yeah. Your game is gonna sell like hot cakes. Even though
I don't buy RPGs I'm going to make it a point to purchase 10 copies
of Wizardry 7 just so your LITOL product will drown.

This is pretty funny. Your Grimoire page is on geocities? What's up
with those banner ads?

There's only one reason not to release source: magic number embarrassment.

Oh yeah, I can't wait for Cleve to show us the wonders of the
Superior Race, but I've read that you can also play as a human
in Grimoire.

Hmmm, if only Cleve could crush Microsoft with a mighty OS, and
his mighty muscles, and his mighty IQ.

Ultima IX is looking pretty firm for a late November release date. They
have a demo disk out on the December CGW (which comes out in late October,
go figure..) The Hype machine has been switched over from Warm Hum to Spin
Cycle as well. Lots of previews/Screenshots etc appearing.

If they did slip the release from late Nov, it would most likely be because
of QA issues not re-writes/re-designs. That kind of stuff only would only
push it back a month ir so at the most.

The Game definitely looks better now than it did at E3 98 (or was it 97?)
Doesnt look like Super Avatar Raider anymore thats for sure.

$39.99 USD before the 10% off. Skimmed thru some of the reviews, seems
like there's still a lot of work to be done on it. Like write a manual.
Maybe I'll consider it after I finish the Wizardry 6-7-8 trilogy,
hopefully by then it will be done and I can afford to buy a new game.
