I believe in order for the DOJ to get an injunction against MS to
prevent them from shipping 95 they would have needed to file their
motion 20 days prior to the release. I haven't heard anything so I
believe the DOJ has missed their time to prevent the intial 24th
release. (It may be possible to get an injunction once the system is
actually released, but I'm not sure how the DOJ would go about getting
that)
