Not necessarily.  They could potentialy release a with MSN version on
the 24th.  They could offer the non-MSN to those who request it later.
Packaging would not even have to be changed, just add a sticker to the
current 95 box sayin with/without MSN.  This would give the consumer
the option and stop the stupid DOJ from crapping on their parade!

I would take the with MSN of course, not that I would use MSN, I just
want 95!
