Didn't know if I should continue my other terror mission thread, or start a new one .... Since the question would not just apply to terror missions, though, I figured a new thread wouldn't hurt. Finally got a ship terror mission I could deal with last night .... Aquatoids and Calcinites on a cruise ship. I ended up losing half of my squad (not really worth it) but had another "problem". At the start of the 2nd phase, more than 1/3rd of my squad was unarmed. And what weapons I did carry over to the 2nd part were empty of all ammunition. Fortunately, I had enough spare clips to reload those weapons, though not having weapons for all my guys probably cost me the lives of a couple guys. I thought the empty weapons things was fixed in TFTD ... I don't remember having that problem ages ago when I had my last 2-stage mission. Even more baffling, why was a large part of my squad totally unarmed? I can understand some .... one guy I had drop all weapons because I discovered he was very easily mind-controlled. So, he spent the mission in the Triton, unarmed. Two others guys were knocked out by a Thermal Shok bomb, so I can see them dropping their weapons and being unarmed during the next phase. But, why didn't the rest of my guys all have at least the weapons they were carrying at the end of the mission, not to even mention why all my ammo disappeared between missions? Is this something that Xcomutil can fix? (I didn't use the EQP flag, though I could have, I suppose.) I did have AutoEquip on .... that wouldn't affect it, would it? In this case, it wasn't so bad, but I'm in big trouble come the artifact or base missions is my soldiers are going to be unarmed like that. Any ideas or suggestions for future missions? Btw, this is the Windows version of TFTD. Thanks for any help. Warren

It was caused by my code that combines clips and I THINK I disabled it for 2-part missions. Now that I am back from vacation, I'll try to look at that this weekend. ------------------------------- Scott T Jones Author of XCOMUTIL (current version 9.30) Author of APOCUTIL (current version 1.00) ------------------------------- http://XcomUtil.ScottTJones.com

Scott,
I've seen the same problem since starting to use the last non-beta
XCOMUTIL with TFTD. Happy hunting!
Take Care,
