Detonate wrote in message >>Send some good shooters right to the rear of the ship at the start, >>these can snipe the snipers out and tend to be pretty well shielded. >Yeah, and stick gert big signs on them saying MC ME PLEASE! hmmm? ><g> In my experiance serious MCing only really starts with the later shipping missions anyway, so for the most part it doesn't occur. When it does, a: my snipers are proven MC resistant, b: my MC weakinglings are being used as bait and fire drawing, taking most of the MC anyway, c: my heavy duty MC team (four troops in place of an SWS) is in place to smack 'em right back. So naaaaaaaaah <sticks tongue out and waggles it a bit> >I dunno, I just got into the habit of clearing deck by deck, >working bottom to top. Just seemed logical at the time and stuck. Fiar enough, gets the job done :o) Bit quiker doing the room by room searches as well I would imagain, doing them at the start rather than having the whole squad spread over the ship and having to pull them together agin.
