Last week and this week I did Drov and Tarlna (not tarina). both times I could loot Drov while I couldnt loot Tarlna by clicking their bodies. Actually nobody could loot Tarlna. We could use our coins though and I won some bracers yesterday. So unless we have to loot a chest or something else and not Tarlna himself I would say its bugged.
