The problem is if we have 3 mages and they are all asked to interrupt
and decurse but only 1 is doing it because he doesn't care about the
meter as well as the other, he is called a bad player in your rule. If
you are looking at ranks, do you compare the first on the rank to the
9th on the rank? Are they 5% different or 2% different? Rank is not
tell you that. This is what I want to say. Why even consider the
mechanic if someone is only looking at the meter and rank? Movement is
hurting some classes more than others but the rank on damage meter is
not going explain that too.

I have seen more than 5% loss for some unlucky shadow priests and
boomkins who have to heal themselves and others when the healers are too
busy doing something else. I have seen mages who have to cover other
slackers for the cc. I have seen hunters who have to kite the adds away
to save the raid but lost all DPS on the boss. I have seen warlocks who
have stop all attacks and do /dance because they are so close to pull
aggro.

Now, tell me if I should be casting curse of tongue instead of element
for max theoretically DPS instead of playing in a team. This is an
honest question I have for those who think killing stuffs is the only
thing a DPS should do. Blindly calling other people bad and lazy is not
the best way to build a team.
