What to keep an eye on when levelling a low level warrior tank

I have lately started rotating through my characters and that has worked
nicely. My warlock is at 81.5 (and despite originally disliking underwater
stuff, I took her to Vashj'ir and like it (again)). My resto shammy has gone
from 73 to 77 (again exclusively healing /lfg instances), my rogue has
finally made 65 and skilled her LW from 375 to 410 (now waiting for more
Borean Leather from the Shaman). I am planning to include my level 14 worgen
warrior next. I want to split his levelling evenly between questing in the
redone zones and tanking /lfg instances.

I have a little under a level before I can start using /lfg and want to use
it to get ready. I know the basic, class-independent tanking basics from my
bear druid (who was levelled through /lfg, too), so I'm looking for advice
that is prot warrior specific.

- I know I nead a shield and 1H weapon to tank. I will keep an eye on the AH
but so far haven't found any good low level shields there. Can someone
recommend an alliance quest that rewards a ~ level 15 shield with prot
  warrior stats?
- with my druid I first stacked talents that increased damage for better
threat generation over damage mitigation talents. Should I do the same for
my warrior? With the new talent system I won't be able to spread my points
into two trees. Should I first put points in a non-prot tree and later
respec into prot, or is speccing into prot from the start viable, both for
  tanking and questing solo?
- what stats should I focus on? I guess +sta for a higher HP pool,
+dodge/+parry/+block for avoidance (I seem to recall one of these have
gone), which to focus on? What do I pick for threat generation +str or
  +agi?

I have Aloft for nice nameplates to see who has threat, I have Grid (mainly
for healing) but I also like it on my warrior so I can see if anyone takes
damage.
- are there warrior specific addons that you would recommend?

Cheers
Urbin
