At level 15, pick up http://www.wowhead.com/item=60708 questing in
Redridge, if you don't have the Gilnean Shield.  Once you hit 17ish,
I'd head to Darkshore and quest through so you can grab
http://www.wowhead.com/item=60708 .  Alternately, there are decent
drops in both SFK and Deadmines for tanking shields.
