I opened the editor to just take a look, and its quickly become something that no normal level person can use. Each editor has become increasingly complex for no real reason. I have a book here: "Mastering Unreal", great book for learning beginning mapping skills. It weighs in at nearly 1000 pages. How many chapters on UScript? None. How many mentions? One: Use the built in editor to modify code. It's all just too much. Release an editor "lite" that a majority of people can use and if they need the more robust tools, let them use (and learn) the full editor.
