So this is where the "competition" thing is a good idea - we both play the
same scenario, but you doing 1 train-on-a-track, and me doing bucket loads.
(ok, you get the point) but we'd see how it affects it and the pros/cons of
both strategies.

I can see your point fully, and some of my runs have only 1 train per track,
but others have to use signals as they carry numerous trains.

Once the competition scenario is finalized, I'd like to see how if affects
gameplay!!
