Still want to whinge? Then you're an idiot. Just because a product is as intended doesn't mean that it is good. You should know that by now (unless you have trouble seeing past your profane anger.) The game, as it has monsters in the exact same locatrion from game to game, will not be scary the second time around as you will know the exact positions of the monsters every single time. This wouldn't normally be a problem if it weren't for the invention of unrestricted QuickSave/QuickLoad that appears in every single game. Since this is the case, they have failed to make the game as they wanted it to be. >Putting it simpler - its a game in which you shoot things. Thats its core. >If you go beyond that, it is no longer DOOM. Its merely an updated version >of a past technology, in which it does NOT transgress from its base >interactive fundamentals. A game where you just shoot things is a step backward from the original Doom. As you should know, the original game was designed to be run-and-gun but was designed in a way where impressive demos could be recorded for finishing levels in record time. >In essence, I guess I can end this silly little discussion by simply >saying - you're a dickhead. And that means a lot coming from a self-confessed warez monkey.
