I come on this newsgroup for info about Red Alert or some current C&C strategys and all i hear is people arguing about how real the game is? By the way if you are basing your facts on movies you need to get out more often. With regards to the Vulcan cannon; vulcan cannons are 6 barreled 20mm electric cannons, they are on aircraft such as the F-15s, F-16s, F-14s and F-18s. Also please remember that this game is supposed to be in the near FUTURE, if you are that worried about reality. The M-60 weighs 26 pounds empty, but a few years ago the US army released the SAW (Squad Automatic Weapon) and it only weighs about 15 pounds loaded, and is a 5.56mm weapon. So if you want to be ridiculous, you could alway argue that technology decreased the weight of the minigun enough so that it was as standard as the M-16s of today! Please start posting some worthwhile things here now! PITS
