The one thing that comes to mind is........ did you place the ripped INI files in appropriate directory. Some should be in the INI directory and some should be in the OBJECT directory below INI. I rip the files to a temp directory and this places the INI files in the appropriate subdirectory..... then I just move them after I have modified them to correct directory in the game. I've had good luck reducing the price and build times using this method.
