Thanks to JKay for his original info on XCC. But which ini files containing, for example, 'Buildtime' need to change before it becomes effective? I've extracted and changed all of the America ini files with this one alteration - and nothing. More interestingly, I removed all the extracted ini files AND the INIZH.big from all sight of the INI folder and the thing carries on playing normally. Go slow here with the flames. I'm just interested in learning how to do it and if it will work.
