a) Baseball's OK
b) I don't particularly like open-wheel racing unless its on a road track.
c) Along with most important countries (I wish) of the world, we call it
soccer too.
d) And yes it does suck.
e) Screw putting soccer riots on the news, it should have that annoying
twang and bing sound-overs on next weeks Funniest Home Videos.  "Is that a
peice of wood with a nail in it or are you just happy to see me?" (insert
fake audience laughter)
f) Americans are not fat, greesy or thick, your thinking of British youth.
Americans are arrogant, blind and self-rightous.
g) The Americans can beat us at soccer, but then again, so can Saudi Arabia.
h) Gridiron involves grown men running around with shoulder-pads and tights
and your trying to tell me thats not girly.
i) Our football (Aussie Rules) we dont run around "ramming heads", we run
around kicking a long ball thats shaped like someones manhood in tight,
TIGHT shorts to different sides of the oval before someone pops one through
four sets of uprights.  Another particlar past-time is attending the cricket
drunk as a skunk and insulting English cricketers (who couldn't win the
Ashes if their balls depended on it) with imaginative phrases like "So and
So's a w**ker, da-da da-da da!!"

Anyway thats an Aussies view on this whole thing.
