Idąc za radą spróbowałem czegoś takiego:

</choice>
</complexType>

Jednak nadal otrzymuje błąd tego samego typu and tym razem dla
identyfikatora Block w <element ref="Block" />.
Zdaje się że w xsd brakuje czegoś typu z C++
class A;
class B {
class A;
...
};
class A {
...
};
