Witam.
Od pewnego czasu próbuje rozgryzc znaczenie sformulowania jak w
temacie. Sprawa dotyczy Interfejsu repozytorium (C++ Builder i CORBA),
pelne zdanie brzmi nastepujaco:

In other words, it lets you do the equivalent in CORBA to calling a COM
object off a variant.

Czy nalezy to interpretowac jako "wywolywanie obiektu ... bez
wariantu" ?
