Hi there ! * Symptom: Certain printed document from program like Excel and grafical programs will be almost perfekt. Some pictures can be partly replaced by characters in different sizes. Programs like Word works good. * Network configuration: HP Laserjet 4 HP Laserjet 5 Server 486DX266, 16 MB RAM Netware 3.12 Mixed Win3.11 och Win95 clients. Following patchs installed: Patch Description Patchdate 312PTB.EXE OS Patches 2JUN1997 LIB312.EXE Clib 25AUG1997 STRTL6.EXE Streams 17SEP1997 MON176.EXE Monitor.nlm 18SEP1995 PS3X02.EXE Print Server 30JUN1995 PU3X01.EXE Print utilities 16NOV1994 Grin... The above is the error. At my server i once had this problem too.. NW3.11 Laserjet attached to server... In my young mind (21) i thought : Be sure to have the latest service release... So i installed the fix...It should fix a lot of problem.. It didnt.. I had one more... the pserver 3.76 is ok. so should be monitor 1.76 but try your system without the os fix...
