I think I should add one thing to my previous posting on the same subject. Everything is perfectly OK with permissions for mouse device in /dev. The system starts w/o any problems, users can log in (keyboard and mouse work correctly). Next user logs out and when somebody wants again to log in, (s)he sees frozen display. The only way (at least, I didn't found any tool to do it) to recover from this is to switch workstation off and on again. Normal reboot (machine stays on all the time) is not enough. I expect one instance of Xserver changes the state of the mouse device and next instance started by vuelogin is unable to reset device to the valid state what end up with the message mentioned and server termination. Like previously, please write directly if you have any suggestions.
