SC2 How do you free the Chenjesu ?

 I found the Chenjesu in Procyon and they apparently managed to
penetrate their slave shield.  How do you talk to them and convince them
to join the Alliance ?  

 I can't find any rainbow worlds.  Can someone please give me a clue
as to where I can find them ?

 I was also given a crystal spindle by the Pkunks.  I was told it is
part of a larger device, where can I find the components ?  Which star
system should I visit ?  

I'm running out of time so I cannot visit every star to look for the
things !  (I was told there is a time limit of 4 years ).

Please Help !
