I don't know of this has already discovered and posted to the net...
Use the full cheat (ie "serpent pass s") and then go to Shamino's
castle. When you're there, go to the south-eastern corner of the
outside of the castle; once you're there, physically move your 
character(s) east until you come to an Island in the shape of a "t"
Once you're there, you might want to open the treasure chest and take
the axe. Walk around the island (being careful not to touch the altar
which would teleport you away somewhere... I forget where exactly).
But rove around the island and somewhere on the eastern corner, you 
find yourself able to walk north ON THE WATER.. follow this path
(invisible) and you'll start walking towards the mountains on Erstam's
Isle, walk through the illusionary mountain-side and voila! You're there.

Have fun! Can't seem to interact with the nymphs there though.. also,
you'll find the usual "Cheaters never win" plaque there.
