🚀 go-pugleaf

I recently bought blade of darkness.
The demo worked fine on my system (Athlon 650 K7V, 128M of 133 memory,
Matrox G400, win 98SE).

The game constantly ...

Freezes. All actrion stops, nothing responds. I can still hear the music
though.

Graphic corruption. Graphics become garbled, happens with a freeze.

Game becomes choppy. Like frames are missing/skipping. Gets slow. Computer
MUST be re-started to get game back to normal.

I have managed to get to the mines section, but I am constantly needing to
re-start my computer to play the game. I have downloaded the D3Dbeta raster
and the open GL raster, but the problem persists.

I started having trouble from day 1. I went from a resolution of 1084x768 to
800x600.
I also dropped down to medium resolution and turned off mipmapping.
Changing to miles fast audio (sorry, I don't remeber what it is called) did
seem to change the sound quality, but the above problems still occur at a
very annoying rate.

I have seen other posts with people who have questions on how to get gems
and such, I wish I had it so good!

Am I the only one with these annoying problems?

Does anyone know what is causing this and is there a fix?

Thanks!
