It is just spam. I have a Quantum 3.2ST and it has performed 8hrs/day
for over a year without any sign of trouble. Not all are bad.

Where did you send it? Did you have them Advance Replace. I never send
a drive back before the new one comes any more. I have 4 credit cards
just for this. I got each of my 3 6.4ST's back in a timley fashion and
after the 3rd one, I growled and they sent me a 6.4SE. That one works
perfectly.

After 3 bad 6.4ST's, I too am inclined to think they are all bad. I'm
sure there are many 6.4ST's that are just fine and I just had bad
luck.
