... assign group number 9 to the selected engineer 

... select group 8, then select group 9 

... assign group numbers 8 and 9 to the selected engineer 

That macro allows building any number of structures, quickly as
possible. 

To build ten artillery with five available engineers... 

... the first idle engineer is selected and used to build the
first structure 

... the next engineer is selected and used to build the second
structure 

... and so on 

... the fifth/last idle engineer is used to build the fifth
through tenth structures 

In other words... The macro uses an idle engineer unless there is
no idle engineer, in which case it adds the commands to the last
used engineer.
