Gas Powered Games has an included GPNet with Supreme Commander
(probably included with their other games too). 

After you play a multiplayer game on their service, you can choose
whether to upload the game to their server. 

All of the uploaded games are available simply by connecting to
their service through a shortcut. Hundreds of replays are all right
there ready for downloading according to your game type preferences.
