Different form of ghost ship problem now exists --- ship appears on the star map but not in the quadrant when I looked there. As this was supposed to be my ship, I would guess that stealth wasn't involved. On a semi-related topic, how is it that my adversary was able to pull a Saddam Hussein and move all its ships outside the active quadrants where I couldn't chase them. As I had Excaliburs and I don't think they had even gotten Battleships, I just left one Excalibur on sentry and picked them off if they strayed into the active field.
