Saw this posted on a web forum. Don't know if it's any good as I
haven't tried it yet. The person who posted the link said it's good
though.

Good. I still haven't tried it myself but I just saw there is a newer
version than I had downloaded so got that version. I will try it out
later today.

Version 0.96 came out a few days ago, and has a few improvements over .95b.

A few things for others to know: You can't change ships in the game at the
moment, saving all your cash in the hopes of buying a better ship is
pointless.

You can get mods that give you know starting ships, installation is _very_
easy, and it's worth it.

The game universe changes every time you start a new game.

I've got a game that's a good way in, and I'm enjoying it alot, it gets very
difficult once you leave Commonwealth space, the locations to repair,
offload loot, and purchase improvements starts dropping down considerably
the closer you get into uncivilised space (appropriately). I will be
starting a new game with each version released, he always adds enough new
content to make it worth while it seems. For instance he will be adding
multiple path ways, ability to buy ships in game, and heaps of other things.
