The fact is there is DEFINITE "production value" in this release. It may not be on par with M$, but it's still far superior to any Activision game I've ever bought. Gameplay is entirely subject to the gamer, but the title is NOT a "value product" even though DC chose to market it as such. It's a good buy for the price even if it's exactly the same as BCM with improved graphics. Maybe you should expand your horizons and purchase it just so you can say you played the game and it was indeed crap. ...or maybe, if you opened your mind and closed your prejudices, you might find a game worth merit after all...=P
