You don't need to do anything to make the Behemoth follow you, as you
were just sent out to defend it, IIRC.  Once the mission is over, your
concern for the Behemoth for that mission has ended.

Write to your congressman and ask them if they support Representative
Chris Smith's "Netizen's Protection Act of 1997" (H.R. 1748).  If
