Just go to the above URL and there is a button on the right that says 
Windows Downloads.  The download is a the game.  They also have a button 
that leads to a bunch of reviews at various sites.  This game came out for 
the Mac first so that is where most of the reviews are.  Same game just 
running on a different OS.  I tried the demo and it really caught my 
interest.  It might not have the fully 3D and immersive enviroments like X3 
but it looks like an inexpensive and fun game.  In my opinion that is a 
good combination.
