1.  You need to do to the review board, which is on trumpet street.  Supposedly
one of the bartenders will tell you where it is, but I never found one who
did.  It's on the east side of the street, and it's the door just north of the
tavern on Trumpet street.

2.  The losing gold problem appears to happen when you reboot.  That is, if
you saved your characters at the Guild, but then went out and one of them
dot killed, so you decided to restart from that last save.  When you do that,
I've found that the game wipes the gold from your characters (rather cruel,
but in the spirit of the old rpg's).
   It might also have to do with the way you're saving.  Make sure you choose
Leave Game when you want to save your game.  That's the only way to be sure
to save your entire party's stats.
