Maybe a choice ??
1) The turn based system, like Wizardry 7 or something so you can specify
   who will kill which target
2) The Ultima 7 system, which I found very pleasing yet sometimes irritating
because some idiot in the party was wielding a fire-doom staff !

Those two things are great, but the inventory system still sucks. I mean,
it's nice that you can have a floating menu on screen to get items from but
I'd rather have some group screen with everybody's inventory so you can
drag/drop all you want.

I don't know about that keyword thing. I found that to be very irritating
in for instance Wizardry. Maybe the important leads can be done with the
U7 system and for fun, you can use the keywords. Wait: maybe for the main
story, you can use the keywords and for the side-quests (like some lover-
getting-back-together thing :) you can use keywords !!

Yeah ! But the above-the-ground-world SHOULD have somekind of map with
a positioning system. (again: like in U7)

An Underworld/Ultima mix ?? Incredible !

Oh, by the way. How is it possible that IX will be set in Brittania ??
