I had to use realtime and Descent strategy to beat her (hide behind pillar, sneak out, run back as hellfire comes toward me, then run out, turn, fire everything, and hide before it hit again). It really didn't help that she casts Pain Reflection, either. What is it that the Queen of the Dead and the Lich King shoot that is instant death for everyone, anyhow? Dragon breath?
