I would generally agree with that... however, I think that it would be
wrong to say that other game developers do not discuss Sierra
games.... or ANY OTHER adventure games that are released (if they
produce in that genre, of course!!). I think it would be plain stupid
not to take notice of Sierra since it's quite a big name in Adv. game
circles... I'm sure they discuss LucasArt's games as well.....

As for what someone said earlier about Sierra not coming up with
anything innovative, how about it's Dynamix branch??? I would call
Front Page Football inovative, and I don't think I've EVER heard of a
RPG which uses FLIGHT SIMULATOR technology!!! For the ignorant, I'm
talking about the upcoming Betrayal at Krondor...

Also, how much INNOVATION do you want?!?! Sierra alone generally puts
out adventure games... if you take a look at LucasArt's ADVENTURE
branch (that's not counting X-Wing).... if you take that view about
it, LA hasn't made any innovations either!!!! Don't you find it
interesting that ALL of Sierra's many CD-ROM products (previously
released and upcoming) are not simply SHOVELWARE, but have quite a few
improvements about them?? IE. Sound, digitized voices, etc.... How
about Sierra's upcoming CD-ROM KQ6 with ALL professional voice talent
(that's a helluva lot of voice actors!), including the guy who did the
Beast's voice from Beauty and the Beast, Robby Benson?!?!?
Innovative? In your definition, probably not! What do you
want???????

Oh, and I forgot to mention TSN, but I'll save that for another post
(I can hear the sighs of relief!!) ;-)
