Try this. In your Steam client right-click the Broken Sword entry and select Properties. Select the Updates tab. In the 'Automatic Updates' dropdown select 'High Priority - Always auto update this game ASAP'. Close the Steam client then launch it again. It *should* start downloading the full version of the game. Good luck :-) mick
