Stockholders have their own rights as humans. But because they choose to invest some of their money into a corporate *system*, that system should therefore have the same rights as living breathing people? It's absurd to speak of corporate "rights" at all, the very concept is illogical. A corporation is a system of manmade rules. Nothing more nothing less. It is neither good nor bad; it is by definition amoral.
