One thing I could never understand is how some people got really excited about the XBOX when it was first released, yet the very same people would consider it sin to pair a GeForce3 video card with a PIII-733 processor on a computer (since the processor is clearly a bottleneck with that video card). That's not a knock on the XBOX, but it was interesting to observe such a double-standard. Having said that, getting into the PC versus console system debate is really pointless. You'll get no religious debates with me over which is the superior platform. Why? Because I'm platform agnostic. If the games are cool and fun, who cares if it's on a PC or a console? The merits of each have been debated ad infinitum both on the web and newsgroups. Get over it people!
