Full Throttle
It took me aback a little to find how quickly it took me to transition from
'well this should be a fun classic point&click adventure' to 'ok I just want
this over with'. Whether my lack of patience was due to the game, or my
short attention span, I quickly consulted a walkthrough whenever confronted
with an annoying timed puzzle or hard-to-locate hotspot. I did enjoy the
artwork and voice-acting though -- the was the Remastered version -- and the
straightforward story will remain with me. Not much else to say, I'm still
chasing chitlins, whiskey, 'n skirt!

Alpha Protocol
I'm loving the snappy quick-response conversation system in this game; this
is a very attractive way to handle talks with NPCs. Well worth playing
through the tutorial level just to experience this one aspect, if nothing
else.
Get Even
I'd been told this is a modern take on Condemned: Criminal Origins -- a
psychological detective thriller. It has many of the same features, in that
you use smartphone features such as a blacklight/thermal or evidence
scanning capabilities to solve puzzles and collect clues. The polish and
menacing atmosphere of Condemned are not quite there (nor is the visceral
melee combat), but Get Even is certainly keeping my interest enough to keep
playing and solve the mystery of what occurred to my character.
