You can combine polygons to make very large Arena areas, and set up polygons so that two polys occupy the same place at the same time (effect referred to as "5-D Space"). it's very cool, and very confusing on the Motion Sensor... No crouching, but the only game I've seen so far with that is Dark Forces- marathon 2 (to be released in 2 weeks [snicker]) will have jumping. Dunno what you mean about horizontal sector movement... Only limits on level size is that you have to use 256 or fewer polygons- a limitation that will be elminated in mara2. No real limits on # of enemies, tho. The real strengths of marathon are the net play, up to 8-way network carnage, and the higher resolution.
