So LET THIS BE THE |> >FINAL POST! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!!!!! In that point shall I agree or disagree? Is this newsgroup for CRPG or NOT? Are there not news groups called : XXXX.XXXX.os.XXX As far as I kept following and killing these kind of messages in the games.rpg...well people hate and love and do that and that... One thing : Urmph I have a SGI machine that can handle I dunno how MUCH the hell of screens per second and can drow dunno how MUCH hell polygons pro second etc etc etc... well I do not give a damn care to spend time developping a CRPG for that system and try to compansate all the XWINDOWZE handles etc...don't freak it out please! Next MSWINDOWZE! well is not a matter to hate it or not! the problem is since version 3.X it is the BESTEVERSELLER SOftware, how many hardcore programmers switched in the damn! MSWINDOWZE programming? LOTS! Now a rule of thumb...(Hrmph where I read that damn!) err oki but it goes like IBM must investe 5 more years and sell the same amount every year that MS did for MSWINDOWZE in order to reach the nowadays success of MS! (I need here proof I guess!) Anyway coming to CRPG! yeah have ya seen MYST? or even take KingsQuest whatever running on windowze...hmm am I satisfied? no way! it is damn slow if I want all the effects and sounds and have a 1024x800 screen and even with 486DX2....ermph...well IT IS Helpless...now anyone tried to implement CRPG engines like Ultimas or even EOB's or BAK in WINDOWZE environment? If yes please please send me a copy and let me see it...: ) |> > |> |> Well I hate DOS, Windows 3.X, OS/2, Win95 and Linux. |> I've also just watched John Cleese's video 'How to irritate people'. |> I'm smiling right now. I love all the OS, beginning from MINIX, do ya remember it? studying OS in the Uni.? I love even the silly DOS 1.x (Now where I put it? *shuffle chests*) |> |> --- |> Baz. |> ohboy@dont.have.it.yet |> |> nces: <3umd7a$m...@ixnews2.ix.netcom.com> <3usd78$q...@stud.Direct.CA> <3v0f4c$2...@news.ameritel.net> <3v0fmj$4...@driene.student.utwente.nl> From: ga...@SunUe.mch.sni.de ((Empre Impraimoglou)) Organization: Subject: Re: Win95 a TRUE OS?
