I'm having problems run X-Com Interceptor, I get this message :-

I have installed the update but still does the same. My PC is :-

IBM 166
S3 Virge GX2
Schubert 128
2.1 Gb Hard drive
32 SDRAM (PC100)
Epox motherboard (VIA chipset).

Help Please !!!!!!!!!!
