easy on easy mode things get way hard to near the middle to end.
i suggest u have 1-2 soldiers purely armed with 4-6 first aid kits as
full time healers and rest with alien laser rifles in burst mode for
indoors and maybe a rocket lauchers soldiers with alot of rocket
reloads.
and spread out your troops inside missions along a long ocllidor and
use 1 squaddies to do lure and baiting and heal anyone asap who gets
hurt. this works for almost every mission for me. i even got to the
very end of normal diffculty up to researching the last option which
is the area where the last mission will be at.
