On an alien ship mission, it was all tight corners and short
corridors, so I gave my No 2 soldier (Scully) a Jackhammer, and sent
her out alone.  She turned a corner and came face to face with a grey.
I switched the weapon mode to burst, and shot him nice.  

He exploded and died instantly.

Now, these are the same guys who can take a round of fire from 3 alien
rifles, a sniper rifle, 2 other rifles and a laser pistol, and only be
knocked out...
