The interesting IRQ is the SB16 emulation on IRQ 5 however. 
But I'v no idea what goes wrong. Try to select ADLIB instead of SB maybe
that changes something?

Win95, removing almost everything from config.sys and autoexec.bat
(including CD drivers, keyboard drivers, country drivers/ansi ,sound
drivers and mouse drivers) and using Qemm.
