Ok, here comes:

 SB16 Emulation:

 GamePort:
     Port=200

And the WC2 settings are: v a904 c25 d1

The SB Live IRQ is 10.. That's as much as I can tell now.

How on earth? I can't get that much even with a boot disk not to mention
running W98 at the same time?
